The service Nobu provides is cutting large volume custom cut mats with the option of cutting custom corner designs in double, triple, or even sink mats. One common service he provides is cutting standard mat boards exactly in half, quarters, eights and so on. This is a limitation of all computerized mat cutters.

We now have a new capability with the acquisition of a new industrial cutter. We can now ‘size‘ mats to minimum tolerance, stack the mats side by side by side and cut the inside dimensions. What you gain is utilizing more of any standard sized mats and minimize overhead costs which helps reduce costs to the customers.
