This is a nice old deco hanging lamp with original paint and patina. I believe that all parts are there and this would make a lovely addition to anyones house. There is some plaster that is spinkled on the lamp which comes off easily with water and a cloth. I believe this is texturing that was sprayed on the walls before the lamp was taken down. Either way the texturing comes off easy and does not present any problems. Please email me if you have any questions
