As I mentioned in our phone conversation, in
principle I believe we can seek a means to address these five points. The
real question is when and in what form is the best manner to provide those
assurances to the community. As I stated, items 1 and 2 are accomplished by
the PD approval. Item 4 is under discussion presently with the City. For
your information, we have received the input from the Marriots pursuant to
their meeting with Kathy Hegebusch with regards to the phasing. Although
there are apparent problems with their initial request, I understand where
they are trying to get.
Items 3 and 5, I think are best resolved at the tentative map stage. But
understanding your desire to get a letter laying this out to present to the
homeowners, I will be meeting with Dennis O'Brien of the O'Brien Group to
discuss this and other issues on the project. I will get back to you with a
response hopefully before the holidays.
