The OBrien Group and Mission Valley Properties are presently preparing a Tentative Map submittal for development of the Buranis Property in Livermore located at 1346 Arroyo Road. We have prepared some preliminary concepts for the site and are seeking your input prior to a formal submittal to the City. As neighbors and homeowners, your thoughts and comments regarding our proposed development are very important. Members of the development team will be in attendance and this should be an ideal opportunity to ask questions, voice concerns and discuss issues concerning the project.

Please join us at the Arroyo Mocho Elementary School Multi-Purpose Room, 1040 Florence Road, on Tuesday May 25, 2004 at 7:00 pm. If you know of other neighbors that may desire to attend, please let them know the date, time and place.
